They end up making out. In the season finale, Aria cheated on Jake by kissing Ezra. He has yet to discover what happened. They end things when she realises that she still loves Ezra.
The other suspects were Holden (because he was jealous that Jake and Aria were together) or Maggie (because Jake saw Ezra yelling at Maggie's lawyer).
Unfortunately, before Aria can ask her what she knows, Jenna is murdered by this "A" and found dead in a ditch in her parents' backyard. In Wanted, it is revealed that the real Alison DiLaurentis is the new "A" and her murderer.

9. Malcolm Is Ezra's Son. This was more a lie to Ezra, who had no idea that Malcolm wasn't his son. Aria and Jason reunited fairly recently, and dropped the bombshell that something romantic was going on between them during the five-year time jump. But before all that nonsense, Jaria actually seemed like it could be on the cards all the way back in Season 2.
The A-Team members revealed are CeCe, Mona, Toby, Spencer, Sara, Lucas and Melissa. The current known members of the A-Team seem to be Big A and Melissa. It is later revealed that the members are CeCe Drake and Sara Harvey. It was implied in "A Dark Ali" that Melissa was one of "A's" workers.

This puts Aria around 16 and Ezra around 23. Now a 7 year age difference might seem like nothing when you're in your 30s, but the developmental differences between a 16 and a 23 year old are pretty significant.
