Convert Image to Word. Now click "Convert" > "To Word" to convert image text to word. In the pop up dialog window, click the "Settings" button to choose "Only scanned PDF" option to start the conversion.
Microsoft Office Document Imaging was a feature installed by default in Windows 2003 and earlier. It converted the text in a scanned image to a Word document. Hi Tim, on Android there's no direct way of copying a photo to the clipboard from the Google Photos app that I know of. You may try saving the photo to the device, opening it with an image viewing or editing app, and seeing if the app or its share dialog have an option for copying to the clipboard.
