You can view all comments under the “Inbox” tab and select your Facebook Page. To hide a comment, click on it. The post and comment will be fully displayed, and you can choose to hide, bookmark, or remove comments. Once you've hidden a comment, you can unhide it at any time from the Agorapulse dashboard.

Facebook also uses engagement rates on comments to help rank them. The more replies or reactions a comment gets, the higher it's ranking will be. This algorithm focuses on prioritizing comments that other people have interacted with the most, bumping them to the top of the comments section.

Social monitoring is identifying and responding to individual brand mentions on social media. Social listening, on the other hand, is collecting data from those social mentions and broader customer conversations, and pulling insights from them so you can make better decisions for your customers.
The 80/20 rule indicates 80% of social media posts should be useful to your audience—meaning it educates, entertains, or offers a solution to their problems—and only 20% should explicitly promote your business.
The report claims that 89% of the world's internet users are being actively monitored—around 3 billion people. But of the 65 countries covered in the report, there are another 39 in addition to China which “have instituted advanced social media surveillance programs.”
The price of social media monitoring tools varies depending on what they do for you. Agorapulse is an all in one style social media management tool and the medium account will set you back $99 a month. Something like Mention on the other hand, starts at $29 a month.
A social media audit is the process of reviewing your business' metrics to assess growth, opportunities and what can be done to improve your social presence. Social media audits aren't painstaking or tedious (or at least they don't have to be).
