How to Request a Desktop Website in Safari for iOS
- Navigate to a website that you'd like to view the desktop version of.
- Tap the "aA" icon in the top-left corner of the screen to reveal the Website View menu.
- Select Request Desktop Website from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Settings > Safari > Request Desktop Website. The Settings window displays Request Desktop Website. Under the Request Desktop Website On section, click All Websites to turn off/grey out the toggle.
Go to the Settings > Safari > Advance > Website Data. Edit from top right, Tap on red icon and Delete for selected website that you want switch back in to mobile view.
How to request a desktop site on the iPhone?
- Open the Safari browser and navigate to any website.

To go back to the mobile site in Chrome, all you need to do is just tap on the more button (three dots) at the bottom right corner and then select Request Mobile Site. Now, Chrome will refresh and bring back the mobile version of this website.

Simply closing the Safari tab on iPhone and re-opening the webpage will switch it back to the Mobile Site default view. Alternatively, you can also delete the specific sites website data in Safari Settings on iPhone and then refresh the website to accomplish the same thing.
To switch from tablet mode back to desktop mode, tap or click the Action Center icon in the taskbar to bring up a list of quick settings for your system. Then tap or click the Tablet mode setting to toggle between tablet and desktop mode.
Open Google Chrome by clicking on its Tile. Go to the upper right corner of Google Chrome, click on the icon that has 3 lines. Choose Relaunch Chrome on the Desktop. Congratulations Google Chrome will now open in Desktop mode.
Enabling Desktop BrowsingOpen the Chrome app and tap the three dots in the top-right corner. When you do this, a menu will pop up. Here, you will see the button "Desktop site" — tap on this to turn on desktop browsing. When you do this, it will make the website load like the desktop version.
