Method 4On Android
- Open an app with a text field. You can only use the "Select All" feature for your own writing.
- Tap the text field. This will place your cursor in the text field.
- Tap and hold the text you want to select. After a moment, a menu will appear at the top of the screen (or above the text).
- Tap Select all.
The only app that was able to bulk upload folders into albums on Photos was Picasa, but they have broken that path more then a year agoo also.
- On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
- At the top right, click Upload Google Drive.
- Find and select your photos.
- Click Upload.
Once the files are visible, press Ctrl-A to select all of them, then drag and drop them to the right location. (If you want to copy the files to another folder on the same drive, remember to hold down Ctrl while you drag and drop; see The many ways to copy, move, or delete multiple files for details.)
It allows you to back up photos from your smartphone up to 16MP each or video clips at up to 1080p resolution to your Google Photos cloud account. Using the High Quality setting lets you upload an unlimited number of photos and videos for free, if they conform to those limits.
Here's the deal:
- Open the label (or, your Inbox, or Sent Mail, etc) containing the messages you'd like to select.
- Click the Select: All link above your messages.
- Click the link that says Select all [number] conversations in [current view].
- Select the action you'd like to take from the More Actions drop-down menu.
How to Delete Multiple Files in Windows
- Click the first file you want to delete to select it.
- Hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard.
- Click the other files you wish to delete while continuing to hold down the "CTRL" key. This will select multiple files at once. Release the "CTRL" key and then press the "Delete" key on your keyboard.
Hold the Shift key and hover with the mouse over a thumbnail. When the thumbnails turn blue you can click. Now all pictures between the first and the last selected picture are selected.
MOVE PHOTOS TO ANOTHER ALBUM: Access your Photos/Albums, click on Album containing photo you want to move, at top of page click 'Edit' button, point at photo and in upper right corner of photo click on 'V' to open a drop down menu and select option 'Move to other album', when finished click 'Done' at top right of page.
Add photos to an album
From the main menu, tap Photos. To begin selecting photos, tap the checkmark icon in the top right corner, or long press on a photo. Once you've selected the photos and videos you want to add to an album, tap the add to album icon (you can create a new album or add to an existing album).Thankfully, the Google Photos app makes this very easy: simply hold your finger down on the first thumbnail image and then drag your finger along the gallery until you get to the last one you want to share. This will select all of the images between the first and last, marking them with a tick.
Note: If you create multiple albums, you can move more than just photos. Facebook now allows you to move videos, text posts, check-ins, and more. You can also follow friend's albums and get alerts when they're updated, plus you can highlight your favorite collections by displaying featured albums on your profile.
How to create new albums with the Photos app for iPhone and iPad
- Launch the Photos app from your Home screen.
- Tap on Albums in the far-right bottom navigation (if you aren't there already).
- Tap on the Add button (looks like a "+") in the upper left hand corner.
- Name the new album.
- Tap Save.
Move Photo From Your Timeline to an Album
Find the photo you'd like to move by scrolling through your timeline or using the Activity Log. Click to open the photo. Click Options in the bottom right. Select Move To Other Album and move the photo or video to an album you choose from the dropdown menu.To eliminate the clutter, you can combine your pictures using Facebook's built-in ability to move photos between albums. The feature works the same on both personal and business pages. Select the “Albums” link, and then click an album containing photos you want to move.
Upload & view files
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Drive app.
- Tap Add .
- Tap Upload.
- Find and tap the files you want to upload.
- View uploaded files in My Drive until you move them.
You can add photos and videos from Google Drive on a computer.
- On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
- At the top right, click Upload. Google Drive.
- Find and select your photos.
- Click Upload.
Classic Google Drive
- Open drive.google.com.
- Click the upload button and select Files from the drop-down menu.
- Select the file you'd like to upload. To select multiple files, press Shift or Ctrl(PC)/Command(Mac) and click all the files to upload.
- You'll see a box that shows the progress of your file upload.
Upload & view files
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Drive app.
- Tap Add .
- Tap Upload.
- Find and tap the files you want to upload. To upload photos or videos, tap the photos and videos you want and tap Upload.
How to select multiple photos at once in iOS 9
- Launch the Photos app.
- Open the album you want to select photos and videos in.
- Tap on the select button in the top-right corner.
- Tap and hold on a photo, then without lifting your finger, slide it in any direction to continue selecting content.
Upload photos into Albums using the "Add photos" button
- Open an existing album at Albums.
- Click the "Add photos" icon.
- Click "Select from computer"
- Browse to a folder on your computer and click "Open"
- Select one or more photos (Ctrl+select) and click "Open"
- The photo(s) will upload to your album and to the library.
How to Select Multiple Photos Quickly on iPhone and iPad with a Drag & Select Gesture
- Open the Photos app in iOS and go to any album, or the Camera Roll.
- Tap on the “Select” button.
- Now tap on the image to start, and continue to hold down while dragging elsewhere on screen to another image, lift to stop selecting images.
Tap Select. Select all photos in the burst and tap Done. From your Camera Roll, tap Select and mark all pictures from that burst. To make this easier, you can tap and hold on the first photo and then slide your finger down to select them all.
How to select multiple photos on an iPhone
- Start the Photos app.
- Tap “Select” at the top right of the screen.
- Lightly tap each photo you want to select.
- When you're ready, tap the Share button (the box with an arrow coming out of it in the bottom-left corner) or Delete to take action on the selected photos.
"Select text: Tap the insertion point to display the selection buttons. Tap Select to select the adjacent word or tap Select All to select all text. You can also double-tap to select a word.
How to Quickly Select Multiple Photos in iOS
- Pictures in the iOS Photos app are automatically sorted into collections by year, date, and location. Open the collection you want to select photos from.
- Tap the Select button in the top right of the screen.
- Drag your finger across the photos you want to select. You will see a blue checkmark on each one.
First, tap Select in the top right of the Photos app. In addition to tapping to choose individual pictures, you can press and drag to select multiple photos at once. Once selected, you can share, delete, or add to an album as you would with a single picture.
Send Multiple Photos via Messages
To start, on your iPhone, tap on the 'Photos' icon and choose from which album you want to select your photos from. Then, tap on 'Edit' on the upper right corner. Select all the photos that you want to send by tapping on the photos.
