I can only find the 25g ones on the app which are 6.5 syns. I got them from Lidl if that is any help! What does the nutritional info at the back day? It works out at 1 syn per 20 cals.

There is no actual Syn calculator but the general rule of thumb seems to be 20 calories = 1 Syn. 69 calories = 3.5 Syns and so on. There also seems to be another theory around the internet to take the fat content + Carb content and divide by 5. This does usually work too.
I have a tot of brandy and top up with diet coke in a pint glass! Lasts for ages and only 2.5 syns! I have always been a brandy and diet coke drinker but not normally in such a large glass but you still get the taste!
Sometimes only chocolate will do and the one I find that cures my chocolate craving is Lindt dark chocolate with caramel and a touch of sea salt. Two large squares of this are 5 syns and that sounds quite a lot but I literally nibble small bits and suck them with my cup of tea and it lasts ages and fills the hole.

Boiled eggs are really filling, and they're nice and quick to cook too. Cook yourself two boiled eggs (0 syns) and have with either two slices of wholemeal bread (Healthy Extra B), asparagus spears (0 syns), or hard boil them and eat them on the run if you're in a hurry!
Silver Member. I don't know if this helps but a packet of snack-a-jack lightly salted popcorn is 2.5 syns.

- Edamame.

this time, it's that Bananas are not a Free Food at Slimming World, and even worse, that you've got to count them as Syns! Many diets and eating plans discourage bananas but with Food Optimising bananas are Free Food so are perfect for snack attacks and sweet cravings.
