For Honor is one of the most demanding and mechanically-complex games of this generation. Despite its depth, For Honor's learning curve is actually not that steep, provided you take it slow, getting comfortable with one hero before moving on to other options.

This game is totally dead on PS4. You have no chance to find a match in most gamemodes. The only modes that can be played are domination and breach with 2+ minute wait times.

It has never been pay to win, in order to access the higher tier gear you need to have a certain amount of reputation points, each of which take around five hours in dominion pvp, no matter how much money you throw at it, you are unable to to get blue tier until rep one, so around five hours, purple until rep three,
The game has a lot of balancing issues, has a toxic player base, and bad matchmaking. The art style, (most) character designs, and game controls are great, fantastic even. But the amount of balancing issues, mechanics, and other issues outweigh the positives.
These points aside, for honor is by far one of the best games I have ever played. The game is in no way perfect and the community can be toxic at times, but for honor is still an amazing game that I would highly recommend if you are willing to learn to play.
Keep your guard to the side when the alert flashes to push the attacking wolf away, then change target lock and kill it. Then attack Gudmundr using all the tricks you have learned so far: guardbreak, side dodge then attack, parry then top heavy attack, keep your health high, and you will be able to fight him normally.
