No, Holiday Inn does not offer teacher discounts. We researched this on Jan 3, 2019. Check Holiday Inn's website to see if they have updated their teacher discounts policy since then. However, Holiday Inn does offer coupons and discount codes.
Special rates such as military/government or AAA or even senior rates are usually not available on travel sites like booking.com, the hotel does not provide such discounted rates to booking,com and hence I am not surprised that they can't honour the rate as they sell only what the hotels give them.
