To reopen the most recently closed tab in Chrome, right-click on the tab bar and select “Reopen closed tab” from the popup menu. You can also press Ctrl+Shift+T on your keyboard to reopen the last closed tab.The Internet Explorer Menu Bar
Approach #1: press and release the ALT key. Internet Explorer showing the menu bar in response to pressing ALT. This will make the menu toolbar appear temporarily, and you can use the keyboard or mouse to access it normally, after which it goes back into hiding.Follow these steps:
- Right click on your Chrome bar > Reopen closed tab or the shortcut method. > Ctrl + Shift + T.
- Go to your History > Recently closed tab.
- Right click on your Chrome icon on your taskbar > you'll see 'Recently closed'

- Open the Chrome menu (the button is to the right of the URL bar)
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the On startup section (at the bottom of the page)
- Change the setting to Continue where you left off.
Open and closed tabs are stored as part of the session data in the sessionstore. js file in the Firefox profile folder. You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder: Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
If this doesn't work, you can try a keyboard shortcut. Press Control+Shift+T (or Command+Shift+T if you're using a Mac) and your most recently closed tab or window will re-open.
To restore this data: On the desktop you should see a folder called 'Old Firefox Data' open it and copy all the data by highlighting and selecting everything in that folder, then right click and select copy. Now open FIrefox. Head on over to about:profiles by typing it in your URL bar.
In Firefox, copy about:restartrequired then right-click on the Firefox address bar and select from the drop-down menu "Paste & Go." It will open Restart Required page where you can click on the "Restart Firefox" to restart the browser and with all previously running tabs and windows.
Save all tabs to any bookmarks folder anywhere at the press of a button. No annoying menus, popups or questions asking you to name things when bookmarking. Save bookmarks to an auto generated folder using values like the active page title you were on when saving, the current date, day, time etc.
To bookmark all open tabs in Firefox, right-click on any tab and choose Select All Tabs. Then, right-click on any tab again and choose Bookmark Tabs. Select the Folder where you want to store the bookmarks.
Open your Android browser and go to the page that you want to bookmark. Tap "Menu" and wait for the menu to appear from the bottom of the screen. Select "Add Bookmark." Enter information about the website so that you'll remember it.
First, make sure you have only those pages what you want to bookmark. Next, either press Ctrl+Shift+D or right-click on any tab, and select Bookmark all tabs option. As there are multiple pages, Chrome will allow you to create a separate folder for those tabs.
Then, right-click on the last tab in the list of selected tabs and click on 'Bookmark all tabs' or do Ctrl+Shift+D. Step 5: The 'Bookmark all tabs' folder will open in which you will see your created folder. Select that and click on 'Save'. All the selected tabs will get saved into that folder.
Open all saved tabs with a middle-click on the bookmark folder. The functionality is slightly different in Opera as it saves all open tabs to a Speed Dial folder instead of the bookmarks. Right-click on a tab that is open in the Opera browser and select "Save tabs as Speed Dial folder" from the context menu.
Save All Open Chrome Tabs for a Future Browsing Session
- Open Chrome.
- Click the icon to the right of the address bar with the three dots (like a sideways ellipsis).
- Scroll down to Bookmarks and select Bookmark Open Pages.
- Click New Folder.
- Click the icon at the right of the address bar and select Bookmarks > Your Folder Name to open all of your saved tabs.
Open a bookmark
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
- At the top right, tap More. Bookmarks. If your address bar is at the bottom, swipe up on the address bar. Tap Star .
- Find and tap a bookmark.
Press Command + D or click Bookmarks at the top of the browser window and select Add Bookmark from the drop-down menu. Name the bookmark and select the folder in which you want it saved. Click Add.
Fire up Chrome, click the menu icon, point to “Bookmarks,” then click on “Show Bookmarks Bar.” Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+Shift+B (in Windows) or Command+Shift+B (in macOS). After you enable “Show Bookmarks Bar,” the bookmarks bar appears just below the address bar with all your saved web pages.
Fix the Bookmarks file
A write-protected file can't be changed, which prevents Firefox from saving any changes you have made. Note: If you are unable to open or use Firefox, follow the instructions in Finding your profile without opening Firefox. and select Quit. Right-click the file places.Select Menu > Customize in the Firefox interface. If the Bookmarks Toolbar shows "Bookmarks Toolbar Items" on it, you are set. If it does not, locate the item among the list of items you can drag and drop and drag & drop it on the Bookmarks Toolbar. Select done and re-check the Bookmarks Toolbar.
To enable it, you have to open Internet Explorer. Then, right-click on the top side of the Internet Explorer window and a contextual menu is shown. Click the Favorites bar option in the right-click menu. Now the bar with your favorite websites is shown beneath your tabs.
Add bookmarks to the Bookmarks toolbar
- Go to the page you want to add to the Bookmarks toolbar.
- In the address bar, click the site icon and drag it onto the Bookmarks toolbar.

- Click the Settings button. It's in the top-right corner of the browser and looks like three horizontal lines.
- Click the Customize button. It's at the bottom of the settings menu.
- Click the Show / Hide Toolbars button.
- Click on the Bookmarks Toolbar option.
- Click Exit Customize.
The process is easy; navigate to the User Data folder in Windows Explorer, right click on it and get the properties. Go to the Previous Versions tab and, if you are lucky, there will be a list of available backups. To restore a folder backup, highlight it and click the Restore button.
If you just deleted a bookmark or bookmark folder, you can just hit Ctrl+Z in the Library window or Bookmarks sidebar to bring it back. In the Library window, you can also find the Undo command on the “Organize” menu. If you deleted the bookmarks a few days ago, use the Restore submenu under Import and Backup.
