- Healing the man blind from birth in John 9:1-7.
Miracles showed the compassion Jesus had for people. This can be seen when Jesus healed the paralysed man because of the faith of his friends. This teaches us to have faith. Miracles demonstrated the close relationship Jesus had with God, his Father.
Do not believe me unless I do what my Father does. But if I do it, even though you do not believe me, believe the miracles, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father. In Christian teachings, the miracles were as much a vehicle for Jesus' message as his words.
Miracles do happen everyday, all day long. Sometimes, very rarely, impossible things just happen and we call them miracles. And that's the theory. A miracle is a divine intervention that transcends what is normally perceived as natural law; and so to say, it cannot be explained upon any natural basis.

- Be comfortable not knowing what to pray.
- Invite others to pray with you.
- Find peace in surrendering to God's will.
- Worship God.

Yes, Miracles Still Happen -- And They Can Happen To You. Miracles happen every moment. Most of the time we don't realise that they are miracles because we don't know that without them we might have been dead, lost or compromised. These are the 'nothing happened whens something dreadful could have happened' miracles.
Dramatic events: Events like a terminal cancer patient's spontaneous remission or a religious figure's apparition may capture your attention as miracles. Dramatic occurrences such as an earthquake victim who's rescued after many days underneath rubble often are touted as miracles in the news.

The word miracle is usually used to describe any beneficial event that is physically impossible or impossible to confirm by nature. Wayne Grudem defines miracle as "a less common kind of God's activity in which he arouses people's awe and wonder and bears witness to himself."
After Christ's historic death on the cross and resurrection from the dead, Jesus was seen by more than 500 eyewitnesses over a 40-day period. Imagine being one of those people who witnessed His "many infallible proofs." Conquering death, through His bodily resurrection, is truly the greatest miracle ever.
For them the death of Jesus was part of a divine plan to save humanity. The death and resurrection of this one man is at the very heart of the Christian faith. For Christians it is through Jesus's death that people's broken relationship with God is restored. This is known as the Atonement.
The first recorded miracle in the New Testament is told in John 2:1-11 when Jesus turned water into wine at a wedding. Because this was Jesus' first public miracle, it is often considered one of the most memorable miracles to many Christians today.
