Easy tips to unlock your CIMB Clicks account
- Step 1: Click 'Forgot User ID or Password?' on Login page.

- Step 3: Enter your product details (e.g. 16 digit card number & ATM pin)
- Step 4: Enter & confirm your new password.
- Step 5: Request & enter TAC. Done!

Where can I view my Credit Cards current outstanding balance/statement balance? Log in to CIMB Clicks > My Accounts > Select the Credit Cards you would like to view.
Your 10-digit CIMB Bank account number can be found on your monthly statement. If you have Clicks Internet Banking, you may also obtain your 10-digit account number after your log in.
To update your mobile number, simply follow the steps below:
- Tap Menu > Profile > Settings > Mobile Number.
- Input your new mobile number.
- Input the OTP sent to your new mobile number.
To view eStatement via CIMB Clicks, you will need to:
- Login to CIMB Clicks.
- Select My Accounts > eStatement > View eStatement.
- Select the month.
- Download your statement.
View transaction history
- Open Google Pay .
- From the bottom of the screen, slide your finger up to show your contacts. To see all transactions: At the bottom of the screen, tap All transactions. To see transactions with a specific person: Tap the contact.
- Click on each transaction to view more details.
How to get Bank Statement online?
- Step 1: Login to the account through the bank's net banking portal or mobile banking app.
- Step 2: Look for the heading “bank statement” or “e-statements”.
- Step 3: Select the statement period.
Log in to your online banking. Select Statements from the left menu and the required account. Select a statement number, followed by 'Print' at the top. Now, right-click your statement and choose to save as a PDF.

How to Find My Debit Card History
- Register for and sign into your bank's online checking or savings account management system.
- Sign into your bank's online chat system.
- Call your bank's toll-free number to retrieve debit card history.
- Speak to a live representative who can verify your debit card transactions over the phone.
Please follow these steps below :
- Choose Account.
- Click on 'Statement'
- Click on 'E-Statement'
- Choose your account and click 'Next'
- Click 'Statement Date', the E-Statement will be displayed in a PDF file.
- Save a copy to your PC for future use.
CIMB CLICKS ONLINE BANKINGLogin to CIMB Clicks. Go to Services > Limits & Alerts. Select 'Change Debit Card Spending Limit'. Then, click on the account number and in the next page, select a new limit.
If you have forgotten your username, simply follow the steps below:
- Tap Forgot > Forgot my username.
- Input your First Name and Mother's Maiden Name.
- Input the OTP sent to your mobile number.
- Your username will be sent to your registered email address.
On the acknowledgement page, click on the "***" > click "Print" to print acknowledgment. To print historical transaction acknowledgment, select Pay & Transfer > Transaction History > select your transaction > click "Print".
Visit the CIMB Clicks login page and log into your CIMB Clicks account. On the left margin of the webpage, select 'Services'. Under 'Limits & Alerts', select 'Clicks Transaction Limit'. Select the account number which transfers limits you want to change.
How do I activate my card?
- Go to "My Card" under "Product"
- Select "Activate Card"
- Key in the last 4 digits of your debit card.
- Set your 6-digit transaction PIN.
- Debit Card will be successfully activated.
After you log in, go to Account Overview and click on the preferred account. Then, click on 'View MyBSN Transaction History'. You will be able to view payments made over the last 60 days.
