- 2 Mister Mxyzptlk.
- 3 Darkseid.
- 4 Anti-Monitor.
- 5 Parallax.
- 6 Doctor Manhattan.
- 7 Captain Atom.
- 8 Spectre.

Plenty of characters within DC let alone Marvel can beat him anyday. DR. Manhattan isn't the strongest one. In Watchmen-verse, he is the only one with powers so it would seem like he is the most powerful and he doesn't have the feats compared to superman.
Superboy-Prime is stronger than just about anyone in the universe and even has more powers than Superman. The only way that Superman beat him in Infinite Crisis was for both men to have the power of the yellow sun gone and their powers depleted and it was Superman's experience that helped him win.
More of Marvel's characters have won in more categories, but DC's victors far outshine their competition. No one from the Marvel Universe or the DC Universe compares to Superman, whereas Iron Man and Hawkeye just barely edge out their rivals. Still, we'd say that Marvel has stronger characters for now.
